Angus Walker

Managing Director

 Angus has run MindCraft since 1995 and is the powerhouse behind the team. He drives high standards of delivery with a focus on the key elements of every project's success. He has worked across multiple sectors from banking, NHS, energy, infrastructure and telecoms.


Hayley Boseley

Head of Projects and Transition

Hayley has led delivery of complex, integrated projects in the UK and overseas for among others E.ON, Hewlett Packard before bringing her expertise to the MindCraft team. She is currently using her skills to assure the delivery of a major cross organisational customer-focussed project.


Andy Millsop

Associate, Programme Delivery

Andy is an expert in leadership and management, working across projects, programmes and portfolios in both private and public sector organisations. He will lead your team to develop project visions and businesses cases, ensuring maximum effectiveness through every stage of the project life cycle.


Graham Ford

Digital Service Delivery Lead

Graham leads our service delivery team and brings over 20 years’ experience in operations across a range of industries, driving strategic roadmaps and visions and delivering real business benefits. A highly effective leader, he brings board level expertise and a focus of quality and customer relationships.

Len Hulley

Consultant Developer


Len is our systems designer and developer with extensive knowledge of project and programme management  design and development, supporting a wide range of different IT solutions.

Sarah Walker

Director of Marketing and Communications


Sarah is a highly experienced communications specialist, with extensive experience of communications, media, stakeholder engagement and has led high performing teams in complex projects in a number of sectors including the highways and housing sectors.

Rod Arkle

Associate

Rod is highly experienced in Building Information Management and brings a wealth of knowledge on common data environments. He also brings extensive construction knowledge to  our work in the infrastructure sector.

Pete Nicholls

Technical Support

Peter has extensive knowledge of service desk management, implementing and managing the wide range of platforms MindCraft recommends. He has worked across numerous sectors with Managed and Internet Service Providers across government and the private sector.    

Charlotte Everett

Communications Executive

Charlotte is our newest recruit, ensuring we can bring more depth to our clients’ communications needs.  Following on from her degree in Politics and International Relations, Charlotte brings a sharp interest in tech world, and how to ensure we communicate and share its benefits.  

Ruinan Wang

 Data Scientist

Ruinan is MindCraft's resident data scientist. Having graduated with distinction in his MSc from Bristol University he is currently supporting our work on the high profile A303 Stonehenge roads project as part of the Information Services team, while also working on his PhD.
